The ALZ series is a line of industrial underwater cable winches designed for ROV deployment, underwater equipment retrieval, sensor lowering and marine engineering applications.
It is available in multiple models with overall dimensions ranging from compact to large, adapting to different installation spaces and load requirements.
The series supports cable lengths from 50m to 400m, with cable diameters including 5mm, 16mm and customizable specifications to match various application scenarios.
Each winch is equipped with an integrated electrical slip ring, available in 2-4 channel 15A, 6 channel 30A, 4 channel and fully customizable configurations for power and signal transmission.
All models share unified core electrical specifications: 300V rated voltage, 500W rated power, 2800RPM rated speed and 65Nm rated torque for consistent and reliable performance.
It adopts CAN communication interface for stable real-time control and status monitoring, enabling seamless integration with underwater control systems.
The series features a maximum operating depth of 300m, suitable for most shallow to medium-depth underwater operation scenarios.
Customized solutions for cable length, slip ring configuration and mechanical interface are available upon customer request.
