General Description:
The BLDC-CTRL series is a professional line of underwater brushless DC motor drivers designed for subsea thrusters, robotic arms, servos, pan-tilt units and industrial underwater control scenarios.
It adopts advanced precision motor current detection technology, power device temperature detection technology and sensored BLDC motor self-speed measurement technology.
It controls smooth motor start, stop and commutation to ensure stable and reliable operation of underwater power systems.
It monitors power device temperature in real time to prevent over-temperature damage and protect the drive circuit.
It monitors and regulates output current in real time to prevent over-current faults and protect connected motors.
It accurately detects motor speed and output current to identify and protect against motor stall conditions.
It supports a wide power supply voltage range of 12~310VDC, with maximum power options from 1kW to 5kW to match various motor specifications.
Control voltage is selectable from 5VDC, 12VDC and 24VDC, with only 3W standby power consumption for low energy operation.
It provides 5V position sensor interface voltage and is fully compatible with Hall position sensors.
It supports multiple communication protocols including analog signal, RS485 and CAN for flexible system integration.
It features 0.1A bus current detection accuracy and 0.1°C temperature detection accuracy for precise control and monitoring.
It is equipped with comprehensive protection mechanisms including over-current protection, 80°C threshold over-temperature protection, stall protection, water leakage protection, reverse power polarity protection and Hall signal abnormality protection.
Core control functions include open-loop speed control, closed-loop current control, programmable acceleration/deceleration, soft forward/reverse switching and precise torque control.
The control circuit and drive circuit adopt electrical isolation design, providing strong anti-interference ability for complex underwater electromagnetic environments.
