The AB series is a professional line of deep-sea oil compensation units designed for underwater hydraulic and lubrication systems of ROVs, AUVs and deep-sea submersibles.
It adopts a built-in compressed bladder structure to ensure reliable sealing performance under extreme deep-sea high-pressure conditions.
A built-in compression spring provides stable preload pressure, keeping internal compensation pressure higher than external water pressure to effectively prevent seawater backflow.
The compensator is equipped with an integrated oil leakage alarm system that triggers an alarm signal immediately when oil leakage is detected.
The alarm signal feeds back to the control system and activates the emergency protection mechanism, greatly improving the reliability of the entire underwater system.
This series features compact structure and ultra-high pressure resistance, supporting a maximum operating depth of up to 10000m.
It offers multiple specifications including 32ml, 130ml and 800ml compensation volumes, with 2-port and 5-port configuration options.
Housing material is available in aluminum alloy or stainless steel to meet different corrosion resistance and weight requirements.
Fully customized solutions for compensation volume, port configuration and depth rating are available upon customer request.
